Loenhout
10 May 2015: We walked today from Kalmthout to Loenhout (ca. 16 km). It was a warm, mostly sunny day – good for hiking – but our route was mostly paved roads and bicycle paths. That was hard on our feet! We were pleased to arrive at our destination, a very comfortable B&B on a farm, where our hosts Valerie and Marc welcomed us with warm and generous hospitality. We particularly enjoyed the evening spent on their terrace with Valerie and Marc and two of their children, chatting over coffee and tea.
